1. 처리하는 개인정보

Agora Academy는 상담, 수업 예약 및 문의에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.

• Google Calendar 예약: 이름, 이메일, 예약 일시 및 예약 양식에 직접 입력한 회사·직책·교육 목적 등의 답변
• 이메일 문의: 발신자 이메일 주소와 메시지 내용
• 웹사이트 언어 설정: 선택한 언어가 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장되며 Agora Academy로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

문의에 답변하고, 상담 또는 수업 일정을 조율하며, 교육 요구를 파악하고, 합의된 교육 서비스를 제공하기 위해 개인정보를 이용합니다. 개인정보를 판매하거나 맞춤형 광고에 이용하지 않습니다.

3. 보유 기간

문의 및 예약 기록은 목적 달성 후 삭제하며, 일반적으로 마지막 연락일로부터 1년을 넘기지 않습니다. 교육이 시작된 경우에는 교육 관계가 유지되는 동안 및 관련 법령이나 계약상 필요한 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다. 브라우저의 언어 설정은 이용자가 브라우저 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 유지됩니다.

4. 외부 서비스

예약과 화상 상담에는 Google Calendar 및 Google Meet를 사용합니다. Google 페이지에서 제공하는 정보에는 Google의 개인정보처리방침도 함께 적용됩니다. 웹사이트 제공업체는 사이트 전송과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저 정보와 같은 표준 기술 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리 및 문의

본인의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 보호 책임자는 Jason Cox이며, 요청은 jason.cox@agoraacademy.co.kr로 보내 주세요.

1. Information we handle

Agora Academy handles only the information needed for consultations, class bookings, and inquiries.

• Google Calendar bookings: name, email, appointment details, and any company, role, training-goal, or other answers you enter in the booking form
• Email inquiries: the sender’s email address and message content
• Website language preference: stored only in your browser and not sent to Agora Academy

2. How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations or classes, understand training needs, and provide agreed training services. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

3. Retention

Inquiry and booking records are deleted when no longer needed and ordinarily no later than one year after the last contact. If training begins, relevant records may be kept for the duration of the training relationship and for any period required by law or contract. Your browser retains the language preference until you clear it.

4. External services

We use Google Calendar and Google Meet for booking and online consultations. Information you submit on a Google page is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Website providers may process standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the site.

5. Your choices and contact
